I would like to start out by thanking you for inviting me to "Drop 10." Last night was a little weird. I showed up to the appointed location for weighing and when I asked for Rich, Iwas promptly told that Dr. Lee was hit by a car! Thankfully, aside from a mild concussion and road rash, Dr. Lee is OK.
So my main contact had a concussion and was obviously at the hospital and there I was with a basketball court full of guys wondering if I was a homeless guy who stumbled in. Thanks to Ken, who vouched for me, I was allowed to weigh-in.
Hopefully, week to week, the guys at the gym will see less and less of me (a couple of pounds at a time). My plan is to keep riding my bike to work at least 4 times a week but more importantly to keep a journal of what I eat so I can be very conscious of what I consume. I'll try to keep the calories and fat down and the fiber up.
