This is the first time I've ever taken an inventory of what I've eaten in a day. I wonder what my calorie intake is? I think this may be typical for me except the 7 slices of salami.
Breakfast: swig of juice, low fat yogurt, 2 slices of salami, a few pistachios and 6 pieces of Trident tropical gum. Oh, and 2 cups of coffee.
In Between: 7 slices of salami
Lunch: low fat yogurt, banana, great chicken caper sandwich, and 2 glasses of water
Dinner chicken pho, mock dock spring roll, and a tall glass of Sapporo
