Count me in. Can't figure out how to edit the spreadsheet, or maybe I'm not supposed to. Wow. I got on the scale today and it was seriously depressing. I just weighed myself 3 weeks ago and I've somehow managed to gain 5 lbs in 3 weeks. And so goes my life. Anyway, my official weight today was 162. That puts me up into a weight class of some big girls.... My goal is to drop 15. If I can make it to 150, it'll be a miracle. If I get to fighting weight, that's 145. Let's see what happens. I started a food and exercise diary, and I'll let ya know if anything seems to work well. I may get PINCHED if they let me do it for free. By the way, you're the first dudes to know my weight in a long time, so shut up about it, got that?!! :) It's between us.
If anyone wants a training partner for boxing, running, lifting, or biking, let me know. I plan to do some running at a track in St. LP, if you'd like to join. Oh and Hapa, sup wit da HapKiDo??!! And finally... me and pull-ups don't get along. Even in grade school my "arm-hang" for the girls was like 10 seconds. Not born with those muscles. But I can leg press with the best of 'em. I PROMISE ALL MY POSTS WON'T BE THIS LONG.
